1. General
By using tailwaggly.com and placing an order you agree to these terms. TailWaggly sells pet supplies to customers primarily in Europe and North America. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your order.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown in your local store currency and include applicable product taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud; in such cases you will be fully refunded.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our local overseas warehouses within 24–48 hours. Standard shipping takes 8–12 business days and Express shipping 6–8 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging; requests after 30 days cannot be accepted. For defective or damaged items we cover return shipping and offer a free replacement or full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
5. Product Information
We do our best to describe products accurately, including sizes and materials. Always verify suitability for your pet before use, and consult a veterinarian for pets with special dietary or health needs.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse of the service.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
