Not the right fit? Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery — requests after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Email support@tailwaggly.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
Ship It Back
We'll confirm your return and send the return address. Pack items unused in their original packaging.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover the return shipping and send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Change of Mind
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened food, treats and grooming consumables cannot be returned unless faulty.
