  • Orders are dispatched from our local overseas warehouses within 24–48 hours.
  • Two delivery speeds at checkout: Standard (8–12 business days) and Express (6–8 business days), both with full tracking.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $49.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery — requests after 30 days cannot be accepted.
  • Defective or damaged items: we cover the return shipping cost and send a free replacement or full refund.
  • Change of mind: return unused items in original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the return.
